Bosses & Monsters

Where to find each boss, what it hits and what it drops.

Boss Monsters

Lets meet the Bosses

The Boss Monsters are accessed via the Teleport Menu. A quick heads up for those whom are ironman. If you speak to the Instance Manager by the cave entrance by home, you can make an instance of most of these bosses for free.

Boss teleports

Infernal Groudon

(level 15 - 50,000hp)

Groudon 50000hp

This boss will reduce your prayer points when you fight it. There are 3 of these in the teleport area and are passive on entry. WARNING! Even if you are an Extreme Donator or higher, this monster will still drain your prayer. Make sure to keep an eye on your points.

Drops

Groudon drops

As you fight this boss you will receive Infernal Groudon boxes and bones for each one you kill. The bones will give you 25k experience when used on the alter at home.

What can I receive from the boxes?

Groudon box

Abbadon

(level 666 - 30,000hp)

Abbadon 30000hp

There are two of these when you teleport in, and are aggressive on entry.

Drops

Abbadon drops

As you fight this boss you will receive Abbadon boxes and bones for each one you kill. The bones will give you 22k experience when used on the alter at home.

What can I receive from the boxes?

Abbadon box

Bandos Avatar

(level 299 - 8,050hp)

Bandos ava 8050hp

There are two of these when you teleport in and are passive on entry. When fighting Bandos Avatar it will cast magic which freezes your movement and will also teleport itself.

Drops

Bandos ava drops

As you fight this boss you will receive Bandos Avatar boxes and Livyathann bones for each one you kill. The bones will give you 19k experience when used on the alter at home.

What can I receive from the boxes?

Bandos ava box

Baphomet

(level 20 - 32,500hp)

Baphomet 32500hp

This boss will reduce your prayer points when you fight it. Much like Infernal Groudon, Extreme donators+ will need to keep an eye on their prayer, as this monster will cause draining.

There are two of these in the teleport area and are passive on entry.

Drops

Baph drops

As you fight this boss you will receive Baphomet boxes and bones for each one you kill. The bones will give you 30k experience when used on the alter at home.

What can I receive from the boxes?

Baph box

Phoenix

(level 235 - 200,000hp)

Phoenix 200000hp

There are two of these on entry and a third to the north. All are passive on entry.

There are two of these and are passive on entry. You can also find three in Executive zone.

Drops

Dragonix drops

Queen Dana

(level 1000 - 500000hp)

Queen diana 500000hp

There is only one when you enter this area and she is passive. Please note Queen Dana can hit 99. If you're planning on staying here a while I would recommend using a soul. You can also find three in the Executive zone.

Drops

Queen diana drops

Dank Monster

(level 420 - 600,000hp)

Dank 600000hp

To be honest I really don't like this monster. Although there is only one when you teleport in and it is passive, when you start fighting Dank Monster he will say "Oh you are strong, but can you handle two?" and a second Dank Monster will appear. You can easily be killed here as you are now dealing with both of the monsters. AOE weapons will hit both of the monsters at the same time but they both hit hard. I would recommend using a soul here if your planning on staying a while.

Drops

Dank drops

KBD Warrior

(level 420 - 600,000hp)

Kbd 600000hp

Passive on entry and fairly easy to kill.

Drops

Nulgath 600000hp

Like the Bandos Avatar, Nulgath is passive on entry but when you attack, it will use freeze spells and teleport around the map.

Titans

Overview

So you want to fight Titans, right? Why do you think they are called Titans? The Good news is if you are with other players fighting these, as long as you cause damage you get a chance at a drop! - The Bad news is these can hit you for 99 constitution points. If you have average level gear you might be advised to use a soul. Titans can be accessed after you gain 300 Boss kills from the spell book.

As the title says, these are mini versions of the Titans. They can still hit you for 99 and they drop the same as the regular titans. There are 2 of each of the Titans in this area but you do not get boss points from them. The other thing to remember is there is a limit to the equipped items you can bring into this area (you cannot bring max stat items into here).

Mini gundam 250000hp
These are located to the North of this area.
Mini Bloodlust Shadowlord (level 300 - 250,000hp)

These are located to the South of this area.
Mini Madara (level 300 - 250,000hp)
Mini madara 250000hp
These are located to the West of this area.

Mini Gokus

(level 138 - 50,000hp)
Mini goku 50000hp
Like Naruto, this is a point based system to get your items. Each kill will give you 1 Goku kill. Save enough Goku kills and you can buy items from the DBZ shop.
Dbz shop
Dbz points 7500 kills each 500 db
All the armour items in this shop are priced 7500 Goku kills each and the Untradeable Dragon Ball will cost you 500 Goku kills each (100 Goku kills if you're an Ironman) so you will need to kill a total of 22,500 Goku Kills to get the full set. You also get Goku kills from killing Son Goku in Dragon Ball Z part 1 and Executive zone

Flaming Samurai (Halloween event boss)

AI draft: the wiki's AI agent wrote this page from the 13 October 2026 update post, using only what that post says. A staff member should check it and add drop rates, stats and screenshots.

The Flaming Samurai is the Halloween event boss. He came back for Halloween 2026 together with the Halloween Elemental.

How to find him (Trick-or-Treat)

  1. Every 30 minutes, doors appear in a random city.
  2. Type ::trickortreat to join the hunt.
  3. Knock on doors to collect Halloween Candy and find the door hiding the Flaming Samurai.
  4. Once he is found, the other doors disappear and everyone can teleport straight to the fight with ::samurai.

Rewards

Halloween Elemental

Claim it with ::elemental. Keep it summoned, or carry it in a Pet Bag, to earn Halloween Candy from eligible NPC kills, raid completions and Trick-or-Treating.

Double Candy events

Staff host one-hour Double Candy events that double the candy you get from doors, eligible combat and raid completions.

Still to add (for staff)

Nex

(level 1,000 - 50.000hp)

If you have never fought Nex before then you're in for a treat. Nex is protected by 4 mages that you will need to kill between damaging Nex. If you have 1 hit stats you will not have to worry about them as you can 1 hit Nex.

Drop
Nex drops a Nex Box which can contain a pink dildo, Bling chain or Nex Sword

3 BROS (Gloves)

These three are really not that hard to kill. They each drop a different set of gloves. Lets look at each one in turn.

Okay, now we look at the really "big bad monsters" of this section.

Zulrah (miniguns)

(level 725 - 4,000,000hp)
Zulrah

Zulrah takes three forms while in combat. Green will poison the island and use range attacks, blue will use mage attacks and red will use melee attacks. All of these attacks will hit high and can easily wipe you out. Unless you have Executive or Divine rank, this one is gonna take some time to kill.

Drops

Zulrah drops

Undead Cerberus

(level 318 - 800,000hp)

Undead cerberus 318

Cerberus isn't too bad to fight. There are four of these, one at each point of the compass (North, East, South and West). If you have bothered to get the BlackBeard set from Treasure Island then you will have no problems with these as you will not take damage from them.

Drops

Cerb drops

Now we come to the last two monsters of this part. Both of these monsters can be accessed through the cave at home. One thing to remember, Both of these monsters can only be damaged by Dragon Ice Hammers, Pick axes or Mounts.

These are probably the easiest monsters you will encounter while playing Bethlehem. They are low HP and drop the Ring of Wealth. Even when you are used to the monsters, many payers will still come here to farm R.O.Ws. A word of caution:- You are not permitted to use Talis swords, Madara Fan or Madara Fan (i) in this area and you would be in breach of rule 3e (you will be given a formal warning if you are caught using them here).
