Bethlehem updates

Apologies for any inconveniences this update caused! A lot of it has been fixed now.

• ::hidepets has been removed and now only works by default in hotspots (2k23, afk, dicezone etc)
• The Ultimate Ironman Bag & Use item issue has been fixed
• For those that Sniffed their clover before handing it to Angus you can now get a new one from Fergus. Please download the new client in #🕹download🕹play-now If this was you, or you won't be able to see the new clover properly.

Top o’ the mornin to ye laddies! Gonna jump straight into things today and to kick it off we will start with;

St. Patrick’s Day

This year for St. Patrick’s Day we have added a new fun seasonal quest for players to enjoy! Upon completion of this quest players will be able to pick Clovers at the flax fields in Camelot.

When picking these clovers, players will have a chance to receive a “Clover” which acts the same as a Gingerbread Man giving the player a chance to find St. Patrick’s Day boxes from killing Titans.

They will also have a small chance at receiving one of five “Golden Clover” pieces used to invent the Golden Clover itself, which acts the same as the Gingerbread House, being an unlimited usable Clover.

• Leprechaun Global Boss has been reactivated
• Charm Bag has been added to the St. Patrick’s Day Box & Collection Log
• Twirly Swirly has been added to the St. Patrick’s Day Box & Collection Log

Tool Belt

All players will now have access to their own Tool Belt which can be found at the bottom of the Equipment tab. This Tool Belt can only hold a small variety of end game items that players would generally carry around at the precious expense of their inventory spaces. These items will now have a right click “Add to Tool Belt” option, and will automatically be transferred to the Tool Belt and can be used as per normal from the belt itself including any DR/DDR the item might boost the player while being held in the inventory. The items allowed are as follows;

God Mode Scroll (Permanent), Super Saiyan Mode, Bong (i), Gingerbread House, Golden Dice Totem, Golden Spade, Bethlehem Fishing Rod, Charm Bag, DDR Scroll (Permanent)

Battle Pass (Season 4)

Ultimate Ironman Changes

Ultimate Ironmen are starting to become a more popular option here in Bethlehem, so I have made a few adjustments to their play style so they can fit in with the rest of the community. Definitely more changes need to be made, but this should give them a nice boost for now.

• Ultimate Ironman accounts may now WITHDRAW items from their banks. They cannot deposit items of any kind, but this allows them to benefit from things like the Achievement System or Summer Boxes that go directly to the players bank without feeling like they can’t progress from those areas.
• Hardcore Ironman renamed to Ultimate Ironman, Hardcore was never a thing here and was only a grammar mistake.
• Ultimate Ironman accounts now get a whopping 100 DR/DDR as a default account bonus!

Ultimate Ironman Bag

Ultimate Ironman accounts will now receive an “Ultimate Ironman Bag” upon creating their account. (Current UIM’s will need to reach out to an Admin+ to have this handled for them).

The Ultimate Ironman Bag can be used as permanent extra storage for Ultimate Ironman accounts for a whopping extra 28 slots!

Each UIM will have access to 4 slots by default, and will progressively unlock more slots as they play the game by finishing their achievements and typing the command ::checkcompleted

• Easy achievements will grant an extra 4 slots (8 total)
• Medium achievements will grant an extra 8 slots (16 total)
• Hard achievements will grant an extra 12 slots (28 total)

QOL and Bugfixes

• The Guaranteed Upgrade Scroll now officially works correctly (third times the charm)
• Pets & GFX are now automatically hidden in player Hotspots (Such as ::2K23), you can also now do ::hidepets in general to hide all pets.
• Corrected all “Sayan” spelling mistakes > “Saiyan” throughout the game
• Fixed VIP5 (potentially, hard to test)
• Fixed some shooting star spelling errors
• Temporarily removed Dice Duel option at ::dz while we look into an issue
• Fixed Gingerbread & God mode timers appearing on alts when re-logging
• Removed “Town Crier” from the game

• 2K23 Fixes
• new ::dropparty command for opening the drop party interface
• Renamed bosses
• Automated more systems in 2K23

New client is posted in #✨updates Isn't required to change, but does have updated features on it.

Deoxys Speed (Normal Global Boss):

1. Functions like any other Global Boss, spawns every 60 minutes, and has a chance of dropping the 2K23 Box
2. This form will not drop things that are in the Drop Party Chest.

Deoxys Defence (Donation Goal Boss):

1. Can be activated by any staff member by using the command ::startdeal2k23, which starts a global Donation Goal (for example $25) for the next 30 minutes, and puts a random goodie bag in the Drop Party Chest. You can check the items that are in the Drop Party Chest by typing ::dropparty
2. If this global Donation Goal is met by the community, Deoxys Defence will spawn, and the items in the Drop Party Chest will become the loot

Deoxys Attack (Admin Custom DropParty Boss):

1. This is a custom form of the boss, and can be activated by admin+ by pulling the trigger next to the Drop Party Chest
2. Admins can put any items in the Chest, and can set any goal by using ::yell and ::alert, and just letting the community know in general
3. Examples of goals are: Reach a certain number of votes or donations. Answering certain trivia questions correctly. Etc.
4. Or they can just pull the trigger for the hell of it, and we can have a Drop Party!

Things for Staff to note:

1. Make sure to check what's in the chest before pulling the trigger! Use ::clear2k23 if there are things that are not supposed to be in there.
2. For the Donation Goal Boss, you can use ::check2k23 to see how far we are from our goal, and let the community know accordingly

1. If you would like to host a drop party or add things to the chest, just message an admin, and we'll do our best to accommodate

Today we bring you the first update of 2023! We’ve been working on a Brand New Slot, and not just any brand new slot, but a graphic aura, we present to you… Blessings!

The slot in-between the off-hand slot & ring slot will be the home for a new type of item “Blessings” which will give the player a variety of buffs including two already known stats; Damage & DR/DDR as well as two brand new stats “Critical Hit Chance” & “Critical Hit Multiplier”.

These two new stats are currently exclusive to this item slot and opens the game up to a variety of new content. We’re capped at 4 splats per hit due to the game engine, but doubling the damage of one of the splats, effectively gives you 5 splats per hit. This is where Critical Chance comes in. Whenever you crit, your splat damage doubles. You can raise the chance of critting with Critical Blessings.

Blessings:

• Attack Blessings(1-5) – 1.1x, 1.2x, 1.4x, 1.6x, 1.85x Damage in all combat styles
• DR Blessings(1-5) – +3, +6, +9, +15, +20 Drop rate & Double drop rate
• Crit Blessings(1-5) – 2% Crit Chance, 4% Crit Chance, 6% Crit Chance, 10% Crit Chance, 15% Crit Chance (The base Crit Damage is 2.0x)
• Berserker Blessing(1) – 15% Crit Chance to deal 2.5x Crit DMG & Collector’s Amulet effect
• Master Blessing(1) – 2.0x Damage in all combat styles, 25 DR/DDR, 20% Crit Chance, 2.5x Crit Damage & Collector’s Amulet effect

The blessing Graphical Effect can be toggled on/off using the command ::togglegfx

A few other important things to note!

VIP ZONES

I wanted to discuss the VIP Season. Myself and my kids caught Covid towards the start of January when the season was supposed to end and reset around the 8th of January. Apologies for not speaking about the season until now but here’s a few things you need to know.

• The VIP rank that you currently possess will be reset around the 9th/10th of February. When this happens you will no longer be allowed to use the equipment you gathered from being a VIP member until this rank is once again obtained on your account ie; You can’t summon Master Chief until you’re once again VIP 5, but you will still have the item itself.
• When the VIP system is reset, you will be allowed to read your scrolls obtained from ::vip to unlock the corresponding rank. These scrolls will once again be available to be obtained from ::vip this season to secure your rank in season 3.
• The season 2 perks are yet to be finalised but they also won’t differ any huge amounts by any means, a few stat changes on the current items is really all we intended for those who acquire the same rank in consecutive seasons so please; if you have any suggestions regarding some good content for these zones please use the #suggestions channel provided.
• The VIP 3 & 4 points from this point forward will no longer be obtainable until Season 2 begins. The points can still be spent at the corresponding shops in ::vip3 & ::vip4 up until this point and It is IMPORTANT to note that these points will too be reset along with all other VIP related things. You will not be able to get the points accumulated in Season 1 back under any circumstances with or without proof as there is no way for us to determine if you have spent the points or not.

Hey lads! Sorry for the lack of content as of late, having 5 kids all on school holidays for the Christmas break is a horrendous time + my PC is basically dead so doing anything server related takes about 20 times longer than it should so that's always fun ^_^. Merry Christmas to all ❤️

• Fixed Weekly Winner from showing 500/1 on achievements
• Added Christmas Boxes to VIP 5 drop table

• Fixed pest control from not being soloable

• Santa/Elf bosses reduced HP
• Gingerbread shop fixed (Christmas boxes now count correctly)
• Weed Farmer now counts correctly (Those who have already finished it or have 1/500 will probably still see 1/500 as a visual bug, but the achievement has already been previously completed)
• Mage & Range can once again be used efficiently at Gingerbread Men
• Smithing Platebodies in achievements has been fixed
• Gingerbread Men HP reduced to 500 from 500,000 for all to enjoy the one shot massacre!
