The Energy Fragments are used to buy the Omni-Talisman Saff from Runecrafting. You need a Runecrafting level of 40 to be able to siphon the energy fragments. These energy fragments are also used as an ingredient for Invention.

  • Siphoning the Green and Yellow Energy Source at Runecrafting
  • Buying from other players POS
