We at Bethlehem317 decided we would answer a few of your questions on here just in case a question arises while staff are not online.

Free Donator Rank Questions

Q - Is the free Donator rank still available?

A - Yes! We know it says limited time, but we still give away your first donator status for free! You can get it by doing ::email in-game! You will be redirected to the website where you have to put in your e-mail and you will get an e-mail with a code you need to redeem.

Q - I haven't received an email containing my code for the Donator rank.

A - It usually takes 15-20 minutes for the code to arrive. Please be patient, if you still haven’t received it after 20 minutes contact a staff member.

Q - Help, my code does not work!

A - You will have to do "::redeem user_name code". If your username has a space, use the underscore instead! So for example "::redeem puplayuk X%Dfj8?fdD". If that does not work use all caps on the code like "X%DFJ8?FDD" (edited).

Item Questions

Q - How do I get scrolls of efficiency, monster fragments, mythical edge/hilt shards?

A - These are a world drop, which means every NPC in-game drops them. You can also buy them from other players, use trivia points to buy them from the trivia shop at home, from King Harry at home for 1 common 2k20 ticket each, slayer masters reward shops, donator boxes and some monster boxes as well.

Q - What are scrolls of efficiency used for?

A - You can use these at the upgrade machine east of the bank at home to upgrade various items which can be found in the Upgrade guide on Upgrade Machine.

Q - What are monster/boss fragments?

A - You can use these at the upgrade machine east of the bank at home to upgrade various items which can be found in the Upgrade guide Upgrade Machine.

Q - What are mythical edge/hilt shards?

A - These are used to combine with each other. When you have 200 of each you can combine the shards into the melee weapon Devil May Cry!

Q - What are boss keys?

A - You can use these keys on the burnt chest at home for a chance at good loot! To use them simply click on the key and it teleports you to the chest, then click on the chest.

Q - How do I get slayer caskets/keys?

A - These are randomly dropped while you're killing monsters on your slayer task. You can also purchase them using slayer points from the slayer masters.

Q - How do I open my slayer casket?

A - You can open your slayer casket by using a slayer key on the slayer casket.

Miscellaneous Questions

Q - I have no runes, how do I start training magic?

A - You don't need runes. Just head on over to Aquanites via the monster teleports to get a Kryptic Staff to start, no runes or level required!

Q - Are clue scrolls worth doing?

A - Definitely! you have chance at some very good loot such as Donkey Kong pet, Blood Spirit Shield & more! Clue guide

Q - Where can I sell my useless junk?

A - The thieving store is a good place to sell your junk! Also there is a trading ogre at home to the west of the fountain who buys some items. If you are the Divine donator rank, there is also an ogre to the East of the zone who buys items at a slightly higher price.

Q - When you prestige do all skills reset?

A - Yes

Q - How do I upgrade my items?

A - You can upgrade your items at the upgrade machine east of the bank at home. There is a second area to upgrade items, simply type ::upgrade to take you there. The full list of items and requirements can be found at the Upgrade Machine.

Q - I can't trade my other account, how do I transfer items?

A - You must ask a staff member to transfer your items for you.

Q - Where do I use my bones at?

A - South of home, there are a few altars. You want the one with the rainbow texture. If you're using more than 28 at a time, be sure to 'use x' instead of 'use all', as use all will only use 28 at a time.

Q - What do pets do?

A - Pets have different benefits, some give droprate, double drop rate and damage bonuses. Check Pets to see what they do!

Q - Where can I appeal if I receive a punishment?

A - Submit a support ticket/appeal on Discord.

Q - I lost my password, I’ve forgotten my bank pin, how do I retrieve it?

A – Please use the submit a ticket system on Discord, an admin or higher will assist you as soon as they can.

Q - I set up 2FA but have changed my phone. Can I get my 2FA removed?

A – Much like above, please use the submit a ticket system on Discord, an admin or higher will assist you as soon as they can.

Q - How do I redeem votes?

A – . To claim the vote scroll type ::reward 1 then click on the scroll to activate it. These cost 5 vote points each and when claimed can grant you 10 minutes of +10 droprate and double droprate, or 30 minutes of extra experience. When on the voting screen, there is a bar at the top stating VIEW YOUR POINTS OR CLAIM YOUR REWARD. This is updated from time to time, so always make sure to keep an eye on this, as there may be an item or two that will help you become stronger in the long run!

Q – I have duplicates of untradeable items. What can I do with them?

A – In a recent update, the staff of Bethlehem decided that you should be able to trade in duplicate untradeable items. The rewards for doing this can be found in the untradeable system on Discord.

Q – Where can I find a list of what each item does and its stats?

A – Our wiki has an extensive list of items and guides, which can be accessed through the top of the client by clicking 'Wiki'. If you're looking for a very specific item, try using ::search (item name), this should take you directly to the item you're after.

Q – How can I find the price of an item?

A – the best way is to ask in ::yell as the prices fluctuate on a regular basis. If no one can help you type ::price to check the market place for a list of items and prices they sold for.

Q – How can I open my bank?

A – Once you have a donator status you can use ctrl+B or ::bank to open your bank virtually anywhere.

Q – Do I lose items on death in the wilderness?

A – NO! the wilderness is safe here there isn’t a great deal of PKers on this server.

Q – What does a soul do?

A – A soul gives you a boost of hitpoints which resets when it reaches 0, This is providing you do not eat or use soulsplit while using a soul.

Q – I accidently used a soul, can I cancel it?

A – Yes! At the bottom of the player panel (The quest symbol), there is a function to end soul, simply click this and the soul buff ends.

Q – I have reached Extreme rank and my prayer is being drained, I thought it was unlimited?

A – Some monsters will still drain your prayer, just be sure to check your prayer when you are fighting monsters.
